On this page I will detail information about my
fictional Kingdom as I build it.
So check back often on the progress of the Kingdom!
The Kingdom of Loperax is a Kingdom that has persisted into
Modern Day. While it may be an old Kingdom, it is technologically
more advanced than the most of the rest of the world, this is in
part due to the Kingdom never experiencing the Dark Ages the rest
of the world did. From the founding of the Kingdom it has existed
in total isolation on an Island Paradise, it is only in recent
years that the Kingdom has opened up to the rest of the world.
The Kingdom of Loperax is a monarchy where the Royal Family still
holds a lot of the power.
The leadership of the Kingdom consists of 3 factions that hold decisive
power. These Factions are:
- The Royal Family
- The Senate
- The Church
Each faction holds part of the power in the Kingdom, with the Royal Family holding
the most power at 48%. While the Senate and the Church each hold 26%.
This was designed to be a way for the people to overturn the Royal Family in case
they ever turned evil.
As for the Military, it does exist and has somewhat of a chain of command
however it is split between each of the 3 Factions.
I'll go over each of the factions in detail below.
The Royal Family holds most of the power in the Kingdom at 48%, it can be overturned
by the combined force of the Senate and the Church in case of Tyranny.
The Succession of the Royal Family is quite simple, since the Royal Family has been the
same bloodline since the founding of the Kingdom. The Succession order can be found below.
1. The King
2. The Queen
3. The Crown Prince/Princess
A note on the Crown Prince: The Crown Prince, like the King and the Queen is a title and
can be bestowed upon anyone, however it is usually kept within the children of the current
King and Queen. The Crown Prince is also not decided by birth order but by choosing of the
King, or in the absence of the King, the Queen. The Crown Prince is chosen when they turn
16 years old, which is the coming of age in The Kingdom of Loperax.
In the absence of any members of the Royal Family or the Royal Family dying out, the Prime
Minister shall temporarily assume control until a suitable ruler is found, to this end the
Kingdom keeps several Noble Houses on standby to replace the current Royal Family.
The current King is King Alistair Loperax V.
The Senate consists of 2 parts, the Outer Senate and the Inner Senate. The Members of
the Outer Senate are voted for by the people and anyone capable can become a senator of the
Outer Senate. The Inner Senate on the other hand consists of Members of the Outer Senate who
are elected by the Prime Minister and the Outer Senate.
Any proposal for legislation will first be proposed in the Outer Senate where it will be voted
on, upon passing the Vote with at least 51% of the Outer Senate agreeing the proposal will
advance to the Inner Senate where it will be reviewed and voted on. If any alterations to the
proposal are made by the Inner Senate, it will be sent back to the Outer Senate for re-vote.
If a proposal passes the vote by the Inner Senate with at least 67% Agreement, then it will
be presented to the Prime Minister who will confer with the King and the Pope and present
the proposal to them. From here, 2 things can happen: The King agrees to the Proposal and it
is made into law OR the King is overturned by the Pope and the Prime Minister and it is made
into law. The proposal can also fail upon which it will be sent back to the Inner Senate for
re-assessment.
The Prime Minister is selected out of the all the members of Senate and is voted upon by the
general populace every 6 years. The Current Prime Minister is Duchess Luna Lexis.
The Church of the Dragon Gods is the official religion of the Kingdom of Loperax.
Of course everyone has the right to freedom of religion but the church used to be a lot
different. Centuries ago, the Church of Christ, which was the original church was overthrown
by a different church, the Church of the Dragon Gods, which is the unique belief of the Kingdom
of Loperax. The Current Pope is Pope Kalivar Tel-Drokar.
House Loperax is one of the oldest Noble Houses in the Kingdom of Loperax and as you might
have guessed it is also the Royal Family. The current Head of House is King Alistair Loperax V.

- King Loperax III (For Conquering the Drecus Isle.)
- King Loperax V (For Ending the conflict between The Church of Christ and the Church of the Dragon Gods.)
- King Victor Loperax I (For opening up the isolation of the Kingdom.)
- King Zenos Loperax (For discovering Draconium.)

Compared to some of the other Noble Houses, House Lexis is a relative new Noble House.
It doesn't have many important feats to speak of other than being the House the current
Prime Minister hails from. The current Head of House is Duchess Luna Lexis.
House Astéri is a relative new Noble House however it has already distinguished
itself through it's great support of the Kingdom, particularly through the development of
new land North of the Capital. The current Head of House is Count Ace Astéri.*
House Menace, like House Lexis and House Astéri is a new Noble House but it too has
distinguished itself through it's support of the Kingdom, particularly in their support of
King Victor Loperax I who opened up the Kingdom to the rest of the world. The current
Head of House is Baroness Menny Menace.**
House Winters is one of the many Noble Houses that serve the Kingdom of Loperax. It does
not have any particular notable feats besides political status. The current Head of House is
Baron Alexander Winters.
House Hunt is similar to House Winters, in that they gained their nobility through
Political success. The current Head of House is Countess Nikita Hunt.
House Von Argente is like House Winters and House Hunt a Political Noble House.
The current Head of House is Count Ilya Von Argente.
House Drecus has been around for a long time, ever since the disovery of Drecus Isle,
it is well known for producing many of the Popes who have served the Kingdom, including
the current Pope, Kalivar Tel-Drokar. It's current Head of House is Talos Drecus.

The Military in the Kingdom of Loperax is unlike any other.
For one, it is not centralized and while it does have a general chain of
command it also allows each Order to have their own command structure.
Another big reason the military is so unique is that while it uses modern
weapons, the Military itself is divided into seperate units known as
Knight Orders.
The Chain of Command is quite simple:
1. Faction Leader
2. War Council
3. Knight Commander
4. Knight Captain
5. Knight
6. Squire
7. Militia
I will further elaborate on each part of the Chain of Command below.
The Faction Leaders, as the name may imply are the leaders of each of the
3 Leadership factions. Those being the Royal Family, Senate & Church.
They hold auhthority over the War Council in times of Peace and each have
one or more Knight Orders serving them. In times of War, especially in
emergency situations the War Council has Authority over the 3 Factions.
The War Council consists of the Highest Ranking Military Officials, this
includes the Grand Admiral, Grand General & High Commandant as well as the
Knight Commanders.
The current Grand Admiral is Lord Pyrus Oxen.*
The current Grand General is Lady Kai Velta.**
The current High Commandant is Lady Aoi Katana.***

The Knight Commanders are elite members of the Military, all of them are
poised to take over as Grand Admiral, Grand General or High Commandant and each
have authority over Multiple Knight Orders. They essentially serve as a link between
the High Brass of the Kingdom and the Individual Knight Orders. The Current Knight
Commanders can be found on the Important People Tab.
The Knight Captains are the leaders of each Individual Knight Order and are
usually named after the Knight Order they Command, so for example: The Knight Captain
of the Order of Ares would be named the Ares Captain.
There is only one Knight Captain for each Knight Order and all of them can be found
listed alongside a deeper explanation of their Knight Order in the Knight Orders Tab.
The Knights are the highest ranking soldiers within each order, second only to the
Knight Captain. The Squires are Militia who are being trained to one day take over as Knights,
just like the Knights are being trained to take over as Knight Captain. The Militia are the
bulk of each Knight Order, with effort they can become Squires, Knights, Knight Captains or
even Higher.
The Order of Horus is a Knight Order under the command of the High Commandant and
is an Aerial Unit, they are most Proficient in Mass Aerial Attacks.
The current Horus Captain is Iras Haik.
The Order of Valkyrie, like the Order of Horus, is an aerial unit. They serve under
the command of Knight Commander Nolim Valk.* They specialiize in High Risk Aerial
infiltration and exfiltration. The current Valkyrie Captain is Lady Ithillia.
The Order of Susanoo falls under the shared command of the Grand Admiral and the
High Commandant, they specialize in Extreme Weather Rescue on both Naval territory as
well as Aerial. The current Susanoo Captain is Rex Kalim.
The Order of Raijin falls under the command of Knight Commander Volt Dragoon.**
They specialize in Rapid Aerial Strikes. The current Raijin Captain is Raiden Hoshiro.
The Order of Ares falls under the command of the Grand General. They specialize in
Heavy Ground Assault. The current Ares Captain is Alyx Hunt, daughter of Countess Nikita Hunt.
The Order of Numinex falls under the direct command of the Pope. They serve as the
military branch of the Church, they are only to be used with extreme disgressions against
the church or the Pope personally. The current Numinex Captain is Lord Numinex IV.
The Dragon Guard is an extremely specialized Knight Order, it is also quite unique in
that it breaks convential naming of Knight Orders. The Dragon Guard serves the Royal Family
directly and serves as the Royal Guard, protectors of the Royal Family. The current
Dragon Captain is Baron Ilex Drecus, the younger brother of Pope Kalivar Tel-Drokar and
Grandson of Talos Drecus.
The Order of Zeus falls under the command of the Grand General. They Specialize in
Heavy Artillery Assault. The current Zeus Captain is Jonah Undullas.
The Order of Artemis falls under the command of the Grand General and specializes in
Stealth-based Ground Assaults. The current Artemis Captain is Yae Artis.
The Order of Anubis falls under the command of Knight Commander Ariel Anubis. The
Order of Anubis was indeed named after her and serves as the Kingdom's Prison Guard and
Military Police. Unlike most Knight Orders, the Order of Anubis is lead by Knight Commander
Ariel Anubis herself.
The Order of Osiris falls under the direct command of the Prime Minister, they are
a Black Ops unit. The Order of Anubis deals with issues the Senate or Military can't
directly deal with. The current Osiris Captain is Khul. (Their real name is Confidential)
The Order of Amaterasu falls under the command of Knight Commander Ishin Toya. They
are a non specialized Knight Order serving as the bulk of Military Ground Forces. The
current Amaterasu Captain is Jin Arakka.
The Order of Tsukuyomi falls under the command of Knight Commander Hellas Aikon. They
are, like the Order of Amaterasu a non specialized Knight Order. However, unlike their counterpart
they serve as the bulk of Military Naval Forces. The current Tsukuyomi Captain is Aino Killua.
The Order of Fujin falls under the command of Knight Commander Valus Byron. Like the Orders
of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, they are a non specialized Knight Order serving as the bulk of
Military Aerial Forces. The Current Fujin Captain is Unas Oranna.
The Order of Arthur is perhaps the single most secretive Order in the entire Kingdom of
Loperax. It is spearheaded by the King himself and is usually inactive. The Order of Arthur
is aptly named after King Arthur Pendragon and the Legend of the Round Table. The Order is only
to be assembled if the Kingdom is about to fall to ruin. What makes the Order of Arthur special
is that instead of the usual Knights it is made up of every Knight Commander, the War Council,
the Prime Minister, the Pope as well as the heads of the Great Noble Houses. Essentially, the Order
of Arthur is an emergency mobilization of all important people in the Kingdom. It was designed
to allow the most important people in the Kingdom to survive and rebuild in times of utter
destruction.

The Kingdom of Loperax has since it's discovery and founding been hidden from the world
at large by a Geomagnetic Disturbance in Earth's Magnetic Field which essentially serves as
cloaking device for the entire Kingdom. Truth is, until a few centuries ago the Kingdom did
not have the technology to stabilize the Disturbance and thus was unable to reveal itself
to the rest of the world.
As for the actual location of the Kingdom, it is a chain of Islands just northwest of Hawaii,
dead smack in between the USA and Japan. The Kingdom consists of 4 seperate islands: Drecus Isle,
Kovar Island, Rivo Isle and Astora Island. Each Island, with the exception of Astora Island,
is part of the Kingdom and is governed by a Regional Governor. The Governors of Kovar Island and
Rivo Isle answer to the Prime Minister while the Governor of Drecus Isle only answers to the
Pope as Drecus Isle is considered to be the holy land of the Church of the Dragon Gods.
As for Astora Island, it is governed directly by the King.
I will go over each Island in detail below!
Rivo Isle is the smallest Island in the Kingdom of Loperax, it is like one giant Trading
Port, serving as a central hub for all Trade and Logistics in the Kingdom of Loperax. It is
inhabited mostly by workers and traders. In the Center of the Island lies the Well of Rivo,
a large underground deposit of the Kingdom's Unique resource and the cause of the Geomagnetic
Disturbance that kept the Kingdom hidden: Draconium. I explain more about Draconium and it's
role within the Kingdom on the "On Draconium" tab.
The Regional Governor of Rivo Isle is Baron Alexander Winters.
Kovar Island is located in the southwest of the Kingdom, it is largely divided into the
Individual Noble Domains and is considered to be a landof luxury as it is mostly inhabited by
the Noble Houses of the Kingdom. The Regional Governor of Kovar Island is Countess Nikita Hunt.
